TERMS & CONDITIONS

1)Applicant must be Pakistani Citizen (CNIC/NICOP holder), having age not less than 18 years on 31 Jan 2025.
2) Registration Form and processing fee can be submitted as follows:-
a) For electronically filled forms, payment can be deposited online through DHA City website via Online Banking, 1Bill, Jazz Cash Easy Paisa and debit/cards or physically in designated Banks and account(s) (Askari Bank, HBL, UBL, and MCB).
b) Handwritten Registration Forms and processing fee can be deposited at the Bank Counters of Askari Bank Ltd, United Bank Ltd, Habib Bank Ltd and MCB Bank Ltd.
3) For physical submission of forms at banks counter, applicants must courier the original filled and signed form along with original bank deposit slip (DHA City Copy) to “Finance Directorate, DHA City, KM 50, M9 Motorway, Karachi”.
4) Processing/Registration fee is non-refundable and no interest/mark up will be paid to the applicant.
5) Each application/registration form is valid for a single plot only. However, applicants may submit multiple applications for multiple plots by submitting a separate form and paying the corresponding fee for each plot.
6) After submission of Registration Form, the registration will remain non-transferable.
7) Allotment of plots will be conducted through balloting which will take place in the presence of the applicants and results will be announced on the DHA City Karachi website after the ballot.
8) Registration under this scheme does not grant any benefits or rights before the balloting. Only those applicants who succeed in the ballot will be eligible for a plot.
9) Successful applicants in the ballot must pay a 20% down payment and the membership fee within the specified timeframe to confirm the plot booking, as indicated at the time of the ballot. The remaining balance will be payable in quarterly instalments. Failure to adhere to the payment schedule will result in the cancellation of the registration and ballot.
10) Additional 10% charges on special categories (corner, boulevard, park-facing, etc.) will be charged from successful applicants. A maximum of 15% charges will be applied on multiple-category plots (e.g., corner boulevard, park-facing corner/boulevard).
11) The exact size and location of the plot will remain tentative and subject to adjustment in accordance with demarcation/measurement of the plot at the time of handing over of physical possession.
12) If a plot includes an area exceeding the allotted size, proportionate additional amount will be charged in addition to the total price. Similarly, if the area is less than the allotted size, a proportionate adjustment will be made to the total amount.
13) * 10% discount of Lump sum/upfront payment, paid within 30 days after ballot.
14) ** Development Charges & Utility Charges are not included in plot price and will be levied in due course of time.
15) Project features may change on technical, legal or other reasons.
16) Taxes/Charges/Cess levied by the Federal/Provincial Govt. will be borne by the applicant/allotee.
17) Every applicant agrees to abide by these terms and conditions as well as the bylaws, rules and regulations governing the registration, booking, allotment, possession, ownership, construction, and transfer of plots, as enforced from time to time by DHA City Karachi and any other competent authority or department.
18) DHA City Karachi reserves the rights to reject or cancel any registration application for not meeting the terms and conditions without assigning any reason and clarification.
19) On default of two successive instalments, plot(s) will be cancelled with forfeiture of 20% of payment received as service charges. Surcharge (Kibor + 2%) is applicable on all overdue instalments.
20) The Management Committee of DHA City Karachi reserves the right to allot or sell a plot(s) cancelled due to non-payment of dues to any other applicant(s) or person(s), and the ex-allotee(s) shall have no claim to such a plot(s). The decision of the Management Committee shall not be challenged on any forum.
